### Custom Artwork & Non-Refundable Policy
Every piece created by **The Wedding Painter Atelier** is a unique, custom, and hand-painted artwork tailored specifically for you. Because all items are custom-made upon order, **all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.**
Due to the personalized nature of our custom artwork, this policy strictly complies with applicable consumer protection laws, including the statutory exception to the European Union 14-day right of withdrawal for custom-made or personalized goods.

### Artistic Interpretation & Vision
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your artwork will be created based on the unique artistic style, interpretation, and vision of Maria Paola Tintis.
Each painting or sketch is an original fine-art creation based on the photo(s) provided. We do not offer digital proofs, preview approvals, or revision cycles prior to or after dispatch.

### Damages & Shipping Issues
We take extreme care in packaging your artwork (rolled in heavy-duty protective shipping tubes) to ensure it arrives in pristine condition via express courier (DHL Express).
However, if your order arrives **damaged in transit** or if a package is **lost by the courier**, we will completely replace or recreate your artwork free of charge.
#### What to do if your item is damaged:
1. **Inspect your package immediately** upon delivery.
2. If there is visible damage to the packaging or artwork, contact us within **48 hours of delivery** at **mariapaolatintis@gmail.com**.
3. Include your order number, clear photographs of the damaged box, shipping label, and the affected artwork.
Once we verify the damage or loss with the courier, we will prioritize recreating your custom artwork and ship a new replacement piece to you as quickly as possible.

### Order Cancellations
* **Before Creation Starts:** If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at **mariapaolatintis@gmail.com**. If work on your artwork has not yet begun, a full refund may be issued.
* **After Creation Starts:** Once work or painting has commenced on your custom piece, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
