1. Processing & Creation Time (Lead Time)

Because our artworks, custom portraits, and sketches are created entirely by hand, we require dedicated time to bring your vision to life:
* **Custom Portraits & Sketches:** Please allow **3 to 4 weeks** for the creation, detailing, and proper drying of your artwork before dispatch.
* **Peak Seasons:** During high-demand periods (such as peak wedding season), creation times may occasionally extend slightly. You will be notified of any updates via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

* **Worldwide Shipping:** **FREE** on all orders. No hidden costs at checkout.
* **Courier:** All orders are shipped via **DHL Express** to ensure fast, secure, and trackable delivery directly to your door anywhere in the world (including the USA, UK, and European Union).
* **Estimated Transit Time (after dispatch):**
  * **USA & International:** 5–8 business days.
  * **Europe:** 2–3 business days.

3. How We Ship Your Art (Safe & Secure Packaging)

To ensure your fine art travels safely across the globe without the risk of damage to heavy wooden frames, all paintings and sketches are carefully rolled and shipped inside **heavy-duty, impact-resistant protective shipping tubes**. 
* This method ensures the safest possible transit internationally.
* Once unpacked by your local framer, your canvas will stretch back out perfectly flat.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

* **USA & EU Orders:** Shipping is handled securely. Please note that international shipments may occasionally be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. 
* Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
